This morning I was full of pep and energy... it's amazing how a few words can take that out of you. Last night the bounds of the earth became to much to bear for my good friends brother. He took his own life. I knew him, not as well as I should have. I have known him since I was in junior high. Being older than us he was that cool guy that had a car and then that had a girlfriend and then that could drink! I remember when I was 12 thinking how cool it must be to be him. That is the way I'll choose to remember.
I am sorry but I cannot state names in my blog. It is a self impossed policy but and in the intrest of privacy I will not. If you don not know who I am talking about and connot figure it out then you probably should not know the names anyway. Sam

I am all about Cliff Clavin type useless knowlege right now... how many times have you heard the Wilhelm Scream? I bet it's more than you think! The Wilhelm Scream : "A series of short painful screams performed by an actor were recorded in 1951 for the Warner Brother's film "Distant Drums." They were used for a scene where a man is bitten and dragged underwater by an alligator. The recording was archived into the studio's sound effects library -- and it was used in many of their films since."...
