Ok long time no posty... I really do not feel like it right now but I thought I'd throw one out there... Looks like I am going to be changing jobs again... I'm really torn too. GDS has been incredibly good to me over the years, but these ops don't come along that often so I feel like I have to try and take a shot while I can. It will be very very hard to leave I will say that! Anyway new place ... company I wrote a web based program for is now taking it to the next level, it will stand alone as it's own service company and we will farm it out to others in the industry... sounds really familiar doesn't it...
BTW Dad you're in trouble 3 lbs to go... for those who do not know my father made a bet with me 14 months ago, I weighed 285lbs at the time and he was giving me the shit about eating big portions and I needed to lose weight... well I said put your money where your mouth is, what's the bet! I suggested I'd lose weight when quit smoking, he said you first... alright how much? He said if I got down to 220lbs he'd quit smoking. Seemingly an impossible task right... well 14 months of lunches in the gym and I'm at 223lbs this morning... break out the patch and the gum poppa it's coming!
