Wow what a weekend... I did absolutely nothing! Well not true... I worked ... all freakin weekend. I got alot done though. One thing I did get to do this weekend... our next door neighbors daughter turned 16 Saturday and they bought her a Jeep. They hid it in our garage for a couple of days and on the day she was going to get it, I got to drive it over to the their house. They made her sing songs and do cheers and stuff to get her present and then when she got to the final box she opens it and there is a toy Jeep in there. Well they make her look harder and she finds a key ... during this song and dance her dad was gonna call me and have me move it over to the driveway. Well he forgot so when they did call she was already outside going WTF? I came driving up with a big bow on the Jeep and she goes nuts it was pretty cool... kick ass car for a teenager.

sleepy I am ... work out I'm going to ... did you know I turned twentyfifteen this weekend. It was the day of the deluge in Dallas... well the friends we were staying with slipped out got me a present, balloons, a card and a cake! Then they had an impromptu surprise party for me... v.cool it was great! Thanks to E,C,Z and A!
Well I keep stepping in it deeper and deeper with this Kazaa thingy... It turns out they bundled something else with the software... I still use it 'cause it's so good but what a bunch of turdles!
Speaking of robots... it seems that there are many many elderly people in nursing homes these days that have no interaction with people... it's very sad. Well someone got the idea that maybe a Sony Aibo would cheer them up! I say great job ... this really applying technology! Will a robot dog that does not need to be taken outside but can show great levels of emotion make them happy... Aibo made its way around a circle of seated residents, playing fetch, responding to spoken commands, sitting in laps to be petted — and winning friends. "Do you like me? Do you like me," Lawson asked Aibo. The robot responded with an electronic "Ohhh," winning a big smile from Lawson. ... I don't know but I say great idea... some people do not have anyone.

Boy howdy am I tired?!? Are you having a hard time with the time change? On Monday we got up at 4am to go to the race,which was bad ass I might add, and I got home after midnight. That ought to just about say why I am so damn tired right about now...

Well Priceline did it again... back in a previous blog I told you about a site that taught you how to get the best prices on Priceline. Well I did it again! We are staying in San Antonio at the Hyatt Riverwalk for $55/night! Normaly $174/night! Awesome...Should be a fun time!

Well here we are on Sunday still at E and C's house. We got up this morning at 5 and looked at the weather then went back to bed. We got up at 9 and checked again which triggered a scramble! The rain was stopping and we needed to go go go! Well on the way to the track we hear the it's raining and will be raining for 2 more hours and then there is the 3 hours to dry the track after the rain ... so pull a U-ey and head back the house. Here we sit glued to the radio trying to decide to go or not to go. I think it's gonna be a rain out today. If so they will do the race tomorrow ... hopefully! That's all I have for now! i.am.sam
Here I am folks at TMS tes at the actual track in the AOL booth! It's saturday morning and raining like hell! They say it will clear for today's race but tomorrow looks like a washout. 70% chance of heavy thunderstorms and hail, at least we are under the overhang for our seats so we won't get creamed by the hail and stuff. On the other hand we saw qualifing yesterday. Track were records falling all over the place due to the new surface. There was a spectacular fire involved in a wreck that passed right past us. Lot's people(82,000 for qualifing that's more than some races get for the race!) lot's fun hopefully less rain and some good racing will follow. ... more later!!!

Today is my Friday... tomorrow I will be in the land of speed... weather permitting. I know the forecasters always screw up the weather forecast so this holds no weight at all, but the race is looking pretty damn wet right now! NO! I forbid it to happen!
Well it had to happen sooner or later... Sony has tried to copy protect a cd so that it will not play on a computer at all. It turns out that it may actually be damaging some drives! way to go Sony!
