Here I am folks at TMS tes at the actual track in the AOL booth! It's saturday morning and raining like hell! They say it will clear for today's race but tomorrow looks like a washout. 70% chance of heavy thunderstorms and hail, at least we are under the overhang for our seats so we won't get creamed by the hail and stuff. On the other hand we saw qualifing yesterday. Track were records falling all over the place due to the new surface. There was a spectacular fire involved in a wreck that passed right past us. Lot's people(82,000 for qualifing that's more than some races get for the race!) lot's fun hopefully less rain and some good racing will follow. ... more later!!!

Today is my Friday... tomorrow I will be in the land of speed... weather permitting. I know the forecasters always screw up the weather forecast so this holds no weight at all, but the race is looking pretty damn wet right now! NO! I forbid it to happen!

Wow do I have a bunch to say... where have I been well that's easy BUSY! No really, I got sick on wednesday night, as I was writing my blog I felt the urge to (it's gonna get a bit graphic here) clinch. By the time I got to the house... I was spewing lunch everywhere. It was not fun! I yaked so hard I cramped my damn perinium or whatever that sucker is called. All I know is it hurt and I couldn't the cramp out of it for about 5 minutes. DAMN! Shit still aint right. Anyway I think I got food poisoning or something, but by Friday at bedtime I was finally feeling alright. Saturday I worked all freakin day... humped it hard, and that evening I took Dade to see the World of Outlaws. These freakin cars are damn fast. It was fun but very cold. So how about some links!

Every once in a while you get one those special moments... you know the one's you know you'll remeber for a long time. Last night I'm changing the oil in my truck when I notice a lightning bug blinking. Dade was outside with me playing in the driveway, it was already dark and it was easy to see it. So I called Dade over to have a look. For those who have never seen my house it backs up to some fairly dense piney woods, so looking out my backyard beyond the fence is nothing but tall tall pines, well not tonight. It was a lightning bug show! They were everywehere! Not as many as I remember when I was little running through the fields in East Texas but at least a hundred or so. Dade pulled up a chair next to me and sat there with the widest eyes I have ever seen on him. Other than when he went inside to get Angie only to have them stop for a gust wind when she came out we sat there for 20 minutes or so. This is THE reason I had a child. I hope we all can have moments like these, many of them!
Well the old favorite Morpheus is in the dog house again... I say screw them and go with KazaA, it's just like Morpheus used to be!
