Wow a midweekend entry... for some reason I have not been near my comupter on the weekends lately... anyway I started helping my mom and dad install pergo yesterday... what a mess we were about 2/3s done when we decided to open her new frig and found it was busted... the doors almost knocked off the hinges... Let me tell you Sears, great place they are going to make everything right. On another note we went to see Harry Potter last night... magical very rich, I loved it Angie , well she was sleepy having worked all day, and Dade, it was 2 1/2 hours long ... nuf said.
Well I feel better today than I did yesterday. I'd sure like to feel better tomorrow but we'll see how that goes... Planet of the Apes 2001 came out on DVD today and I've already heard this DVD is the creme d'la creme of advanced DVDs so go get it if you like that kind of thing... I'm getting mine tonight!

It's 3am and my alarm goes off ... WTF am I doing it's way
to early. Drag my ass out of bed, throw on some sweats and
head out. Craning my neck skyward I don't really see
anything, I don't know what to expect, a bunch of shooting
stars or maybe a mass of fireballs coming in ala Armegeddon!
Then I see something out of the corner of my eye... Nah that
was nothing, then another wait then a defined streak across
the sky...cool then another, then 2 more then 10 more DAMN!
I go in for a jacket and tell Angie who says "I'll get up in
a minute" which is wifespeak for piss off I'm not getting
up, but to her credit by the time I got a DC and flashlight
here she came. We sat together on the back patio for maybe
30 minutes before she got to cold and went back to bed
during that time we saw another 20-30 good shooting star
type streaks. I tried to tell her that it doesn't peak until
4am but she said "sorry" and off she went. After she went
inside the activity increased quite a bit I saw 2 at a time
on 3 occasions and at one point I counted 10 streaks back to
back to back... in the same piece of sky machine gun style
and I could see others out of the corner of my eye while
that barrage was going on... Hopefully you went out for a
view yourself, no there was no Flaming Death but I saw more
shooting stars in the course of an hour and a half than I've
seen in my life many times over... thanks S for the heads
up... I'm going back to bed...
