So this weekend I have to go to the office, but the NASCAR race in Daytona is on! I really want to see it too! If I only had a Slingbox!
The Sling box takes video from your tv source... ie cable box, tivo, satelite, etc... and puts it on the web! This means you can now go down to Starbucks fire up the WIFI on your laptop and watch your TV over the IP! WTF! Here... maybe this will help...
There are some early reviews and this thing here and here and they are singing the praises already... seems like a neat idea! Only $250 MSRP so you know in a year it will be less... might have to get me one of these.

As a kid I was always facinated by rockets. My uncle took me to launch some one time and that was it... I was hooked. I've revisited it from time to time, built and launched a handfull over the years. I introduced Dade to them and the neighborhood kids. Almost all of these have been Estes rockets. Well Estes has a new trick up it's sleeve... HYDROGEN fueled rockets! Very good science behind this and an intro to green energy...

Blogging today from inside HP. Just got back from a quick workout at the YMCA next door. Damn it's one hell of a drive out here! The facility is great though first class all the way. So far the people are nice, I'm on a bit of a tough project though. It's not so tough as it is confusing... just a lot of data to assimilate and make sense of.
Angie and I went to War of the Worlds last night. I liked it! So far no stinkers this summer... ROTS - Great!, Batman Begins - REALLY GREAT!, and now WOTWs pretty good! ... also mix in Cinderalla Man and Mr. and Mrs. Smith and you ogt a nice little set of flicks there.
