What a freakin weekend! Holy Cow I was busy this weekend. Thursday night as you know I went to the Aeros game... thanks to J for the ducket... fun it was! Front row pounding the glass 'til my hands were sore. Awesome!
Friday kicked ass too... went to the see Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. It too was very good, crowded as all get out though and a bit more dark and scary than the last one.
Saturday... Saturday was hell... I needed to get soem stuff done but I wanted to go to the car show... well long story short the car show was a miss but I did take Dade to see the final show of the MOnster Trucks in the Astrodome that night. Traffic nightmare but worth it in every way... He is his father's son no doubt about that! He even likes Star Wars... I think I feel a tear in my eye... sniff...
Sunday!!! Texans Jags game... Angie got me tickets for our Anniversary, which was last Tuesday. First time at Reliant. Can you believe I found R wandering around the tailgaters in the Blue lot! Overall I thought it was way cool and the game was entertaining as well... our seats would have been freaking awesome if there was not a walkpath right in front of us. Overall a very good day!

I've got the post Halloween blues... been days since an update so here it goes... Halloween was awesome... with help from mom I got the tent set up and everything went off as planned. We ran about 700 Trick or Treaters through the HH and almost half went twice, then went and brought thier parents down sent them through it. We had one pantswetter and whole bunch scared 'em to the ground people. Mostly guys! Overall it was a greatly successful night! I should be posting some pics and maybe video soon.

Long night last night but the tent is up, tarped and blacked out. I have run 90% of the wiring and pneumatics all the speakers are in place. Still to do... gotta get hay!!! No props are out yet but they will all go out in a 2 hours or less. Then it just a big tweak session. Not enough hours left... gotta go take Dade to school... i.am.feeling.spooky
Ok today is THE day I turn into a giant AHOLE! Building starts tonight most likely. I will be disassembling tonight and time permiting reassembling in the front. Also time permiting tarping the front up as well. All I can do is hope for the best hope to get some sleep. We'll see! All the fun is going to start thursday night at sundown... may be a bit much for the younger crowd but it's not gory or real real scary.

Damn I was sick yesterday which puts me even further behind... I need carpet! Carpet and more carpet! I have a very very wet yard right now and I think I'm either going to put down some hay or some carpet to keep the yard from turning into a mud bog... anyone have any ideas? I've started to contact the local carpet companies and they all allow dumpster diving so be on the look out for me please!
