First go here and see a short film starring Kylie Minogue that is, well, inspiring. Then go to the place she is pitching. This site is a wow in all categories. Looks great, has great content and makes you WANT to buy something.

Sunday I went to the World of Import Challenge at HRP with my friend R. It was kinda cool, lots of cool cars and some idiots on motorcycles doing things like riding wheelies while sitting on the handlebars and stuff. It was overall a decent show, it is amazing to see a 4 cylinder car doing a 9 second 1/4! Anyway there was some stuff that went down afterwards... apparently there was some drive by shooting thing on the Hartman bridge and some racer going down I10 secide to go upside down and stop traffic for miles, but that's what happens when you get a bunch gansta wannabes in there...

Is the weekend already over! It seems like it barely began ... damn! Friday I got up and checked my email did a little work and decided I would surf for a bit before getting the day going, well one of my hot button sites is PocketPcPassion.com so bada bing I breeze on by. I've been wanting a palm device for some time now but $550 plus $100-$150 for memory... to much for to little. Well what do I see on the front page? A link to this little gem. First off it's made by Toshiba, second it has built in CF and SD slots... I'm in heaven! Only $299! Grab Dade hit the car and haul ass out to CUSA over by Baybrook. Get my unit and decide I'll celebrate by heading over to Chuck E. Cheese... for 4 hours! Dade still was not worn out, I swear the kid is nuclear powered or something... anyway back home(50 minute drive) open it up and ... WTF where is the power cord and the case and the ... DAMN IT! Come on Dade... back in the car (50 minute drive) back in the store get another (50 minute drive) all is well... this little thing kicks ass! It's really good.

How many of you have seen A.I. Artificial Intelligence? It came out on DVD this week and I bought it not knowing what it was really about. I had read mixed reviews but I thought I'd take a chance. We watched it two nights ago and it was disturbing. I'm not going to ruin the movie here but how many of you have seen this that have children? I want to know if it bothered you as much as me. I don't know it's kinda like the Titanic thing at the end with the kids but different. Anyway overall the movie was done with all of the quality you'd expect from a Steven Spielberg movie, it's just not what I expected.

BONUS POST: I am posting this 3 hours after the initial post. My friend big G just sent me this link about a woman who hit a man while driving. The man became lodged in her windshield so she drove to her house and parked in the garage where, the man lived for 2 days before dying of blood loss and shock. Unbelieveable!
Late today... tired tired tired... You know it is no wonder the airline industry is so in trouble these days. I was looking for flights from Houston to Miami for this summer, well it turns out if I fly from Dallas through Houston to Miami I can get a flight for $340 for two people, but if I get on the same plane in Houston for the last leg of the flight well that cost $420... WTF?!? Anyway let me throw a few links at you...

I just have to do a rare Sunday blog entry... I am still bouncing from our "date" last night! You know, once you get married it's usually just "goin' out". Well some friends of mine L and J have a deal they call date night. They go on dates about once a week or so! I always thought that was pretty cool. Anyway I decided Angie and I needed a date so I offered to take her to Pappa Bros Steakhouse. For those who don't know, PBS is a really nice place, reservations required on a weekend but not to hoity toity if you know what I mean... I dig it. Anyway we went shopping before we went to dinner. I got some kick ass Kenneth Coles and she got a few other things. We had reservation at 8:45 and despite that reservation we had a little wait before we could sit down, so we went to bar and had just enough time for one drink, which set the mood just right. Once we sat down, the waiter was awsome, the food was great, the service was great, everything was just perfect. So much so we even had desert which we never do! Anyway after that we went downtown and met J and L at the Mercury Room. It was L's birthday and she wanted to dance. The MR was very damn cool... I mean bad ass but the parking situation sucked! We had to park about 3 blocks away and it was 25 degrees and a 50 MPH wind blowing so that was the pits. Once we got in J and L had a table so we sat with them in the Frank Sinatra room for a hour or so listening to a Earth Wind and Fire kind of group jam and having some cocktails. My fav drink Vanilla Stoli and Diet Coke! Then we made a mistake, we stood up! We wanted to dance so we went upstairs to the dance room and BAM! nut to butt! You couldn't walk in that place. It was very cool but way to crowded so after fighting our way around a big circle we decided it was done. It was already 1:20a so at that point it was a bit to late to go any place else so it was off home. The thing is there was no great event that set the night off, it was the fact that we were out on a date! It felt really good to be having that date mentality again instead of the old "where do you want to eat?", " I don't care.","how about 'sitos?","I don't want mexican food."... routine. I can't wait to go on anther date! Well it will have to wait for now... maybe we can adopt that date thing...hmmm. I think I hear a #'s Friday or a Roxy Sunday calling me... or maybe J can have the TSO party he's been on about. No matter we are there!
OOOOO I feel the weekend coming! Pappa Bros saturday! I'm gonna pig like have never eaten red meat in my life! Hell I might even drink!
