Over a year ago I made a bet with my father that I could lose 65lbs he said if I did he'd quit smoking! 13 months I've been going every stinking day to the gym... 12 lbs to go this morning. I can see the light!

Many of you may be wondering why I am not blogging right now. Honestly I just need a small break. Between work, more work, family life, theater building, the holidays and Dade I just became overwhelmed. I do intend to resume blogging, it might be tomorrow it might be next week, it might be next month. As soon as the song returns to my heart I will put it here, please bear with me right now, Sam
The feeling to blog is trying to come back... I am drawn to it somewhat. For those of you who read this daily I invite to stay tuned. I'm confident things will return to full strength in the coming weeks. I usualy get pretty nostalgic around Christmas time, just go back and re-read some of old xmas ramblings. Christmas just came up so fast this year and with such ferocity that I have not been able to get a handle on it. I will soon though.
Sorry about lack of entries... I am out of the office for a few days and ... gasp... have no internet access! My sickness is about over ... now it's time to install more insulation!
