Halloween - Cemetery Fence and Columns |

Fence
My cemetery fence is made from 1"x2" strips of wood with pvc runners. The paint is Rustoleum Hammer
Finish. After the paint plain pvc didn't quite do it so I started looking for finials, well the best
I could do was about $.80 each. and at about 300 needed it was just to much. One day I was in the
Dollar Store and saw some skull shaped whistles that might do the trick... they fit perfectly and looked
great, and at $1 per bag of 8... now we were talking! Fence made I turned to the columns. Each column
is made from 2"x4"s and plywood. I painted them with ceiling texture mixed in the paint for added texture.
The small comlums are 5 feet tall and the Gate columns are 6 feet tall. I decorated the gate columns
with a couple of bucky skulls and couple of lanterns I got from a close out sale at a hardware store.
I made the archway from plywood, the trim is foam pipe insulation and the letters came from Hobby Lobby.
